Hello, I’m Ashley Sidell.

Choosing to focus on chronic illness, autoimmune disease, and inflammatory conditions was no accident. I was thrust into the “chronic illness club” myself and saw firsthand how isolating and frustrating it can be. I know what it’s like to feel as though you have lost yourself, your freedom, even the life you imagined.

I worked steadily to understand what was happening and how to support my health sustainably. That process wasn’t quick or passive, but over time, things shifted. Today I live a full, active life — raising five kids, running a business, and skydiving — things that would have felt out of reach when I was in the thick of it.

That lived experience shapes how I practice. I work with people who are doing their best to hold everything together, but know something needs to change. Care at Cypress Grove is individualized, consistent, and unhurried. My role is to help you understand your body, make sense of the patterns you’re experiencing, and support meaningful change over time.
